Key Handover & Property Condition Report

Your property manager will conduct the PCR before your lease start date. From then, you have 7 days to edit this. We are happy to carry it out if you are not arriving until after this date inclusive of our full package.
We can collect your keys on your lease start date if you are not yet in Perth and can deliver them on your arrival.

Home set-up/Deliveries

We offer a 'rental set-up' service to have your home kitted out for your arrival. After a long journey, having a comfortable setting with beds assembled, fresh bedding, a sofa to relax on, TV and all the essentials stocked that you'll be scrambling to buy in those first few days - often with jet-lag is invaluable.
