Application only
Designed for anyone who is in Australia, and has been to the inspection in person (or by friends/family) but would like us to take care of the application and communication with the property manager. We will create your profile and build a super strong application, book inspections and have a glowing chat with the property managers about you. We will gather your required documents, submit your application and once the lease is approved, we'll do a handover with your new property manager. We'll make sure your property is sparkling for your arrival. From $400. Property condition report +$250.

Inspection only
If you have everything else covered but need eyes on the ground, we have an inspection only option. NOR from $100 per inspection, SOR $150 per inspection. With this option, you conduct your own home search and suburb research, book inspections, apply and handle all communication with property managers. Additional +$250 to conduct property condition report.

Full relocation package

This is the full works! Designed for our clients who are overseas or in other states. We will start with our home search, firstly by getting to know which suburbs & properties are a bit of you! We'll get to know exactly what you're looking for in a home and you can send us any properties that tickles your fancy too. We'll consider things like school catchments, commute times & amenities in our daily search, send you prospective properties, attend up to x6 inspections with honest feedback, do a video walk through, take photo's and speak with the property manager with a glowing chat about you. Create your renter profiles, gather all of your required documents, references & pet resumes to build a strong application. We'll then apply and communicate on your behalf to secure your lease on your new home. We'll do a handover with your property manager once approved, carry out the Property Condition Report if required, collect your new keys and deliver them on arrival if needed. $1,600

Corporate packages

Are you arriving on an employer sponsorship visa? Have temporary accommodation booked for your arrival? We work with employers who are giving employees relocation packages. This takes the pressure away from you having to secure a rental within the length of time the temporary accommodation is booked. Let us know if you are coming on a relocation package from an employer, we will contact them to have a chat. Or give them our details while negotiating your package. This will save your employer from booking expensive temporary accommodation. A win, win! Price of package tailored, depending on needs.

Key Handover & Property Condition Report

Your property manager will conduct the PCR before your lease start date. From then, you have 7 days to edit this. We are happy to carry it out if you are not arriving until after this date inclusive of our full package.
We can collect your keys on your lease start date if you are not yet in Perth and can deliver them on your arrival.

Home deliveries

We are happy to take in deliveries so you arrive as stress-free and settled as possible. We can take small items in and deliver them with your keys, arrange click & collect orders for the essentials (e.g. food shop, bedding, kitchen utensils). We can also arrange a date for access at your new home for larger items like white goods and furniture.
