Rental Home Application only package

This package is designed for anyone who is in Australia, and has been to the property inspection in person or by a representative (friend/family), but would like us to take care of the application and communication with the property manager. We will create your profile and build a super strong application, book inspections and have a glowing chat with the property managers about you. We will gather your required documents, submit your application and once the lease is approved and the property secured, we'll do a handover with your new property manager and make sure they have the property cleaned and ready for your arrival. $400, additional $200 for pre-entry report.

Rental Home Search, Inspect & Application package

This is the full works! Designed for our clients who are overseas or in other states. We will fully relocate you firstly by getting to know which properties are a bit of you! We'll know exactly what you're looking for in a home and will give honest feedback post inspection. We'll search daily, send you prospective properties, create your profile, gather all of your required documents and build a super strong application. You can send us any properties that tickles your fancy too. We will book & attend inspections, do a video walk through, take photo's and speak with the property manager in person with a glowing chat about you. We'll then apply and liaise on your behalf to secure your lease on your new home. We'll do a handover to your property manager who will confirm your entry date . We can make sure the property has been cleaned before your arrival, carry out the pre-entry inspection on your behalf and collect your new keys! $1,800

Employer Sponsored Package

Are you arriving on an employer sponsorship visa? Is an air b'n'b booked for your arrival? We work with employers who are giving emplyees relocation packages, just like we had when we arrived. This takes the pressure away from you having to secure a rental within the length of time the temporary accommodation is booked. In our case it was 4 weeks. Let us know if you are coming on a relocation package from an employer, we will contact them to have a chat. Or give them our details while negotiating your package. This will save your employer from booking expensive temporary accommodation. A win, win! Price of package tailored, depending on needs.

Key Handover & Pre-entry Inspection

We are happy to conduct your Property Condition Report which must be carried out within 7 days of your entry date. We will do so with our upmost due diligence and attention to detail. We will meet you at your new home with your keys!

Home deliveries

We are happy to take in deliveries so you arrive as stress-free and settled as possible. We can take small items in and deliver them with your keys. We can arrange access at your new home for larger items like white goods and furniture. *Or we can supply a quote for a full home set-up upon request.
